Return Policy
We stand behind the quality and fit of all our products and always want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love the pieces that you purchase from us forever! Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges do not incur a return shipping fee. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe boxes must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.

Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 10 days of the purchase date. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER IN PERSON
You're welcome to bring your online order return to our store instead of shipping it to avoid the $10 return shipping fee. Please note that online order returns are subject to the return policy detailed above under "Online Return Policy." Online order returns are handled separately by an e-commerce associate, and may not be able to be processed immediately. Any in-store purchases made while you're dropping off an online order return will be rung up separately.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale priced items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you use a coupon code on a full-price item, it is still considered full-price and can be returned for a full refund according to the above return policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
